    • Wants to chart effectiveness, efforts, responsibilities in Democratic Republic of Congo, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and possibily Southern Sudan (look into, see if there are materials, survey the literature)
    • Recommended we divide responsibilities by assigning one case per student
    • He's got material on SSR- military training, capacity, defense
    • Has less on justice and law enforcement

      • Tough to dig in SSR in these countries
    • Wheaton attempted to indicate to Col. Dempsey that team could identify supranational trends, identify status of SSR in S-S Africa and an implicit UN policy in Africa.
